McAlister`s Deli in Fort Mill

Love the food here. Service can be hit or miss. When it's great it's beyond great when it's Miss it's a way Miss. Hopefully they'll start focusing on their customer service. And honestly this works for both locations in town.

I love the new location in Fort Mill. I had a salad and it was very fresh.The young lady taking the order was very patient with me being indecisive.

Nice, quiet, peaceful atmosphere with 60s and 70s rock playing in the background. Place is very clean and service is excellent.

I love this place. I got the Verde chicken sandwich on ciabatta which comes with pepper jack cheese. I chose fresh fruit for my side which was a wonderful balance to the slightly spicy sandwich. And of course they have wonderful ice tea.

Beautiful location. Friendly staff and good food. Perfect for lunch.

I was at this location for the first on last week. Though the food was good, our server (party of 12) was not the greatest. She appeared as if we were annoying her. I will give this location another try some day in the future.

My food was amazing and ready for pick up!!! It was made well and it tastes really good.

The service was fairly quick. The staff was nice. We sat outside. The food was very good. Lots of choices on the menu.

McAlister's Deli in Baxter Village is one of our favorite lunch spots. We were happy to find this one near our new home. We tend to always order the Choose Two, a half sandwich and a bowl of soup. I love their chili and my wife loves the potato soup. With these we get to try different sandwiches at each visit. The staff is always friendly and service is quick. The portions are just right for us and we have never been disappointed with our meals.

Food quality is good. Price for amount you get is overpriced. People are friendly. Would have rated higher but ordered food sat down near front and while waiting for the food saw manager filling ice. He dropped the bag on ground and then dumped in ice basin near soda dispenser. The ice bags were touching the surfaces and 1 dropped in the basin! Totally unsanitary! My wife saw it too. Hope the owner sees this.

Yummm! I ordered curbside otw to work (great customer service!) and got the Chicken Caesar Wrap and the Angus Roast Beef Spud. Idk who made my food, but they put their Foot in it. Like The Wrap was on Point!! So good And fresh. The Spud was not what I was suspecting in a Good way. It’s Huge and Delish (and I heated up later on!). Accolades y’all. Will be returning. Their sugar cookies are great too.

I like this place. Food is always good, they have a good kids menu, and my children like it too. Interior is nice, staff is professional and friendly, and service has always been very good. They also have a nice seating area outdoors. This last trip my son and I split a Caesar salad and a loaded spud. Both were excellent!

A band of 20 plus 10-12 year old hooligans bombarded the eatery during my visit, and caused much disruption and filth in a short period. McAlisters staff approached and addressed the suspects clearly, directly, and with professionalism. All of this was started, addressed, and cleaned up within five minutes. Great job to the staff!

As far as the actual food goes, it's very good. Restaurant is always clean and staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, EVERY time I order my food to go, they leave out the au jus. Tonight I fed the food to the dogs.

I love McAlister's. They keep the place clean, it's busy but the service is still reasonably quick, and the food is good. Plus they have giant drinks, and good potato salad. Yum.

Order was completely wrong. after having it fixed got home and did not have the correct sauce.

Food is good, service is hit and miss and the maintenance of the building is even starting to slip. Half the lights are burnt out, for a year they had a door that slammed so they fixed it by just never unlocking the door. Tonight when I went there I was handed a tea with no ice that tasted nasty like the urn hadn't been cleaned in awhile and was just sitting on the back counter, I guess they were trying to close an hour early. Not worth the trouble to go to this location anymore, the service has really slipped over the past year or so.

Have been to this location a few times and it's been great. Today, walked in and it was packed, so fully expected a wait for the food. At 12:30 we ordered a salad, baked potato, and French dip. At 1:15 the food comes out, but both the French dip and baked potato were completely cold to the touch. I completely get they were busy and there was a wait, but then the food should have been hot. Then had to wait to get our money back. Won't be going back.

This McAlister's prepares the food as it appears on the menu and delivers it to the table fast even though their lunch rush line can be all the way to the far door. There is always table service for drink refills including in the outdoor dining area. You can call ahead to order so you don't have to wait as long.

Wow. Called in a order only to wait 30 minutes after I arrived. Do not call in a order here. Repeat after me, at McAlisters only dine in customers get service.

Best macaroni and cheese I’ve ever had in my life! This is a classic “Sunday afternoon” place to go. Sandwiches are always fresh, and the sweet tea is always refreshing.

Nice food, but you could tell the cashier was new. She messed up half of our orders and took forever to enter our orders in, but it was overall a pretty decent visit!

Place was clean and staff was friendly. I ordered the New Yorker. What I like about this deli is that they focus on the best part of the sandwich, the meat. You get a large portion of meat with thinly sliced bread. Allows me to enjoy my sandwich while keeping carbs minimized. For the price i think it is good value.

The French dip and chipotle chicken sandwich are both excellent. Service is occasionally spotty but overall good.

They did it AGAIN for the nth time. Failed so bad. Food is great, I always order my favorite Savannah chopped salad for pick and when I drive, spent gas, money & time to pick my order go home, mixed the salad and get the first bite when you're super hungry ONLY TO FIND OUT EVERY FREAKING TIME that it's not the right dressing, I even asked for extra SHERRY SHALLOT DRESSING and Nope! It is not SHERRY SHALLOT DRESSING. You know when you're super hungry after all the wait you did from the time you ordered it to the time you put the first bite in your mouth and it's not the food you really ordered??? How would you rate that service? And it's not the FIRST TIME OR SECOND TIME OR THIRD TIME... why do I keep making the same mistake of ordering my savannah salad in baxter??? Why??? TOTAL FAIL. Please label your dressings and save me some frustrations.

this cashier kicked us out because “we weren’t ordering food” so i ordered. so then she kicked us out again because they didn’t get food, so we had to sit outside. but another cashier apologized

I havent veen to McAlisters in a while. The food here was good even though it didnt come as ordered. There were 2 girls at the register. 1 who had worked there for a while was super nice helpful attentive and knowledgeable about the new menu. The other girl(younger blonde) was snooty rude and completely lacking any type of customer service. It didnt help the experiance much. Maybe the next vist will be better

Great customer service and Fabulous workers. Speedy service and very clean.

There were 3 of us eating. We all enjoyed our meals. I had the turkey Cobb and the Gorgonzola really made it special! The people working there were very nice and also attentive. I will return.

Once great salad bar now just salad bar. So sad!

This place is so incompetent. EVERY time we get something to go, they don't pack part of the order. How can a taco salad have no meat? I'm sick of paying for food that I don't get to eat!

The staff is always attentive to my gluten allergy and very careful not to cross contaminate. I really appreciate the fact that they are right here in Baxter Village so I never have to go hungry at lunchtime.

Nice place, seems very well taken care of and things are thoughtfully done. My sandwich was super good, although some toppings that were supposed to be left off were on it. That was a blessing though, I didn’t realize how good it would be. Side portions are okay. I’d eat here again.

Past two experiences have been disappointing. Avocado has always been brown, staff is friendly though. Expected better quality for price comparison to Panera or other delis in the area.
